To focus on the candidates’ skills through assessments and interviews instead of prioritizing candidates with degrees and sometimes it can be not related to the job.
The senior administration official said during the call, that we will only hire those who effort to study and those who could not afford to attend the college. This hiring process will not only prioritize those who don’t have any degree, but we will also prioritize those who have a degree. We will give a chance to those who couldn’t afford to go to college.
