Clubhouse App: Raised new round of funding that would Justify price tage of $4 billion

Hopefully, the technology world is going to witness another acquisition very soon. The giant Twitter is interested in buying the newborn baby Clubhouse which was arrived last year. If this deal to done successfully then it will be a record. A platform valued at 4 Billion USD just in a year.

Clubhouse’s unique concept, abnormal hype, fan following, and successful massive fundraising campaigns. Maybe Rohan Seth and Paul Davidson will be the billionaire at the end of this month!

We mentioned the term Fun raising above. The Clubhouse team got the millions and millions from just 2 or 3 campaigns hardly. After just one campaign the app was valued at over 1 Billion USD. Now they just finished the third round and the price tag is displaying a whopping $4B.

By the way, Billionaires like Zuckerberg from Facebook, Ellon Musk of Tesla, Bill Gates of Microsoft, and some other tycoons are part of the Clubhouse community now.

Team Behind the Campaign

The social media app said the new round of financing was led by Andrew Chen of venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz with major investors like DST Global, Tiger Global, and Elad Gil. Clubhouse and Andreessen Horowitz did not respond to requests for how much the funding round raised.

Bloomberg earlier this month said Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) was in discussions to buy an audio app at a $4 billion valuation.
