Lady Kitty Spencer’s wedding dress is one for the books.
Princess Diana’s niece stunned in a gorgeous wedding dress, designed by Dolce & Gabbana, in a photo shared Sunday by the Italian designer on Instagram. “A glimpse at the #AltaModa gowns created exclusively by Dolce&Gabbana for @kitty.spencer on the most important day of her life,” read the caption. “The looks include a Victorian inspiration lace bridal gown.”
In the photo, the 30-year-old socialite, whose father is Princess Diana’s brother Earl Spencer, is seen looking perfectly poised in the Victorian-inspired wedding dress, which featured a high neck and a floor-length veil.
Lady Kitty’s engagement to millionaire fashion businessman Michael Lewis, 62, was announced January 2020. The two have dated for more than two years, according to Harper’s Bazaar.

The bride took to Instagram Monday to show off her gorgeous gown, hand-in-hand with her groom in the streets of Rome, with a band visible on her wedding finger. “Amore. Per Sempre,” she captioned the photo.
Lady Kitty also shared congratulatory messages from her sisters Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia to her Instagram Stories. Lady Amelia shared a photo of her sister in her wedding dress and gushed that she “could not be more proud to be your sister.”
“The most beautiful bride in the world!” Lady Amelia wrote. “I love you with my heart and soul.”
Lady Eliza wrote on Instagram Stories that her “beautiful sister” wore the “most exquisite dress” while “marrying the man of her dreams.”
Lady Kitty also shared a look at how her family spent the weekend in Italy. Reposting a photo of her mother, Victoria Aitken, in front of the Trevi Fountain, the bride wrote: “Mummy in Rome for our wedding.”
Makeup artist Victoria Greenwell shared a photograph of a young Victoria and said she was “blessed” to do her longtime friend’s makeup over the weekend. “This is the stunning Victoria Lockwood, the mother of Kitty Spencer who married Michael Lewis this last Saturday in Rome,” the caption read. “It was an extraordinarily beautiful celebration that I was so honoured to be part of.”
